YOGA, A POWERFUL FORCE FOR TRANSFORMATION
Each day will begin with a sunrise kundalini yoga set followed by a deep relaxation and then a series of special meditations for alignment with the aquarian age
Greet the dawn in peaceful equilibrium as we move from darkness to light in joyful exaltation, celebration and appreciation of life.
Following our sunrise yoga, we will break fast together with rejuventing natural organic foods and then mid morning we will meet to discuss the philosophy of yoga and understand the power behind some of the different components which make up the yoga practice such as asanas, pranayama, mantras and meditation.
This theoretical session will be followed by a tea break with an ancient ayurvedic yogi tea recipe and then followed by another yoga set with a meditation to put into practice some of the theory discussed.
We will share together stimulating and thought provoking conversation around the table with a delicious mid day meal and then we will experience the power of silence by embarking on a short silent walking meditation after lunch.
The afternoon will be free to enjoy some private time, time for exploring the beautiful nature surrounding the Highland inn and to explore your inner nature with some exercises to help you to create a profound transformation and to enable you to identify behavioral patterns that may be preventing you from being all that you choose to be.
We will bid farewell to the day with an attitude of gratitude while we enjoy a gentle sunset yoga set to help us to awaken and connect to our creative and healing energy.
After dinner and before our evening rest we will come together once again to experience the powerful benefits of a group healing circle where you will have the choice to be healed or to heal self, loved ones and our mother earth.
